Alternatively, we can use a game controller to move our robot around.
To control our robot this way requires a few additional steps.
Step 1: Stop the simulator.
Step 2: Plug in your game controller to a USB port on your computer.
Step 3: In the simulator, click on the 'Device' menu and select 'Device Controls'.
Step 4: Select the robot from the listing of available devices.
Step 5: To use the preset game controls, click on the 'Game Controller Defaults' button.
Step 6: Save your changes and close the dialog.
With the simulator running you should now be able to control your virtual robot using a game controller.
